Barefoot BootCamp is a difficult but doable challenge: experience over 200 poses from the yH syllabus over two days. This group practice with Darren offers education via experience and is open to anyone with a regular yoga practice who has no significant injuries or limitations.
Barefoot BootCamp with Darren Rhodes will take place over two days. On Saturday, we'll focus on standing poses, backbends and supine poses. On Sunday, we'll work on seated poses, forward folds and arm balances. Pranayama and meditation will be included at the end of each session.
