

We have class offerings for students of every level, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We offer Tough Love and aim to challenge every student to move deeper into their practice in a nurturing way. We teach alignment-based Vinyasa style (flowing) classes, linking each movement and transition with the breath. We focus on building stability, strength, flexibility, freedom, and confidence on and off the mat. Oh, and we have fun!

Set a date with your mat to relax & Wine’d Down! Monday’s chill, deep stretch-style class will stretch you out and set the tone for the rest of your week. Fridays & Saturdays are an all-levels flow meant to invigorate and energize you before your weekend festivities. The best part? A glass of red (or white) to round out your night - cheers!

In this gentle class, we’ll work deep into postures with long holds and the breath, releasing tension and tightness. Great for new students, athletes, and those recovering from injuries.

This all levels class is for EVERY body from the beginner to the advanced yogi. Beginning with a warm-up and flowing into standing postures, we will focus on strength and flexibility in a variety of poses, targeting ALL areas of the body.
