Celebrate the full moon each month with Elizabeth! The evening will include a 90-minute practice, combining fluid movement, deep stretching, and opportunities to play with a few challenging postures. This practice is intended to create focus and fire to nourish the body and illuminate the mind. Movement will be followed by a chill guided meditation and time to hang out and soak up the moonlight together.
A full moon pours down a tremendous amount of energy. When full, the moon offers the most amount of light by which we can see our lives, noticing things that perhaps need dusting off or dumping out. Its radiance reminds us to harness the energy from nature in order to restore and rejuvenate our own.
