Put your heart where your head is and get upside down with Elizabeth! This inversions workshop will offer ways to cultivate the courage and strength needed to do your first handstand or to take your inversion practice to the next level.
We will discuss proper hand and shoulder alignment for a safe, care-full inversion, as well as the importance of maintenance for the longevity of practice. We will use props, partners and drills to work from headstand towards pressed handstand. Come prepared to work hard and play hard. All levels are welcome!
