Rachelle Knowles, E-RYT 200

Rachelle is a lover of yoga: student first, teacher second. She believes that the practice of yoga (in all forms) anchors her to her highest self and allows her to experience her heart fully. Her practice has taken her to many different places: countless sweaty hot yoga classes, exploration of Anusara alignment principles & a deep dive into classical hatha yoga through the teachings of Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati. Rachelle's classes are are a fusion of the traditions that inspire her: a sweet blend of alignment, flow and carefully crafted sequencing that helps her students experience freedom in their bodies.

On the mat, Rachelle will encourage you to get curious about your breath, your body, and your heart. She believes the body is innately intelligent and speaks to us through physical sensation; the heart of our practice is simply to listen intently. Rachelle is deeply humbled by the experience of teaching and can't wait to practice, share, learn and grow with you.
