TJ began practicing yoga when she was just a teen by reading books and mimicking the poses to satiate her natural draw to the practice. In 2006, TJ began participating in studio classes and in 2010, she became a dedicated student of yoga. She decided to take her practice further and study the art of yoga to a degree where she could in turn, teach her love of yoga to others in 2014.
Growing up an athlete, TJ classes build heat & bring the intensity while maintaining space for her spiritual side to come through. In short, TJ infuses a fiery practice with a spiritual connection the the heart. She also teaches Stand Up Paddle board yoga, with the intention to create a balance between water and yoga.
