Barefoot Bootcamp aims to bring out the more badass than bendy BEST in you!
Dharma do approximately 200 poses in a mere 2.5 hours of play and power.
On Saturday, the emphasis will be on arm balances. On Sunday, the emphasis will be on backbends.

This group practice with Darren offers education via experience, and is geared toward students with no significant injuries or limitations, and with a regular yogahour practice of six months or more.
