In the yoga tradition, there are times that are especially auspicious to practice.
Among the most is Shiva Ratri, the dark night of Shiva. Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati described this as a night of forgiving, a night of loving, and a night of becoming one with the Beloved.

Join Darren and Neda on retreat at Kashi Ashram, where there will be a fire ceremony to invoke the power and potency of this night. Each day will include one 2.5 hour asana, pranayama, and meditation practice in the morning, one 75 minute yogahour practice in the afternoon, gourmet vegetarian meals, and time to nourish yourself on the sacred ashram grounds.

Kashi Ashram is a spiritual community located on 80 acres of land on Florida’s beautiful Sebastian River. Each day will include two asana, pranayama, and meditation sessions, gourmet vegetarian meals, and free time to explore the grounds, temples, and nearby beach.

Space is limited to 25 yogis.
