Join Rachelle for an evening of yoga, food and community! 

This ayurvedic-inspired offering is crafted to balance the qualities of fall and the transition we experience during that seasonal shift. The word ayurveda means life science; ayurveda has been practiced alongside yoga for centuries as a gateway to creating harmonious health and wellness (physically, mentally and emotionally).

At 6:15, we'll begin our yoga practice, which will be rounded out by restorative postures and breathwork.
At 7:15, we’ll hang out and enjoy a nourishing vegan and gluten free meal prepared by Marshall Harbison, Ayurvedic Health Counselor and founder of This Ayurvedic Life.

Space is limited to 30 yogis, so be sure to pre-register!
