General Studio Questions
It’s my first time at the studio, what do I do?
Please complete a New Student Profile by clicking here! Once you complete this, you will be able to pre register for class online as well. Arrive to the studio about 15 minutes before class to meet the instructor, relax on your mat, and be present before class.
What kind of classes do you offer?
Tough Love Yoga has made its mark in Atlanta by providing affordable, accessible, and expertly taught yoga classes to students of all ages and experience levels. Please visit our Class Descriptions page for more information.
Are your rooms heated?
We keep the temperature in our rooms between 75-80 degrees.
What should I bring to class?
Bring yourself, an open mind and a yoga mat. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we rent lululemon mats for our students to use. You may also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel in case you get sweaty! Please leave shoes, cell phones, etc. outside of the yoga room in our storage cubbies.
What should I wear to class?
Wear something that is comfortable in a breathable fabric. We recommend wearing something fitted so that the fabric of your clothes doesn’t get in the way of your practice.
Will my belongings be safe in the studio?
We make sure to lock the door during class to keep everyone and their belongings safe. However, please note that Tough Love Yoga is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Do you sell water?
We offer filtered water for free if you bring your own water bottle. If you forget, you may purchase a small bottled water for $1. Please note, we do not provide cups for our filtered water.
Do you have mats for rental?
We rent lululemon mats at the studio for $3. If it’s your first visit, feel free to borrow one on us.
Do you sell mats?
Yes! We sell lululemon mats because they’re our favorite! Please come in and check out the latest styles & colors we’re offering.
Do you have a shower?
We do not have showers, but we do have space for you to change your clothes in if you need to change before or after your work day.
I left something behind, do you have a Lost & Found?
We have a Lost & Found behind our front desk and save anything that we find until the end of each month. After that, we donate all items (clothing, mats, water bottles) to an appropriate non-profit.
How do I pre-register for class? Is it necessary to do so?
Visit our Live Class Schedule, click the “Sign Up Now” button and you’ll be able to purchase a pricing option from there! The login information is what you entered when you filled out your New Student Profile. It’s not necessary to sign up for class, however, for some of our fuller weekend classes it is recommended. If you pre-register for class, please make sure to still check in with our front desk staff when you come in so we know you’re here.
I realize I can’t make it to class on time, how do I change my reservation?
Log on to our studio software by clicking this link. From the homepage, click on the “My Info” tab. From there, click on “My Schedule” and select “Cancel” to the right of the screen to remove yourself from class. You will be able to make a new reservation using your pricing option (Drop-in or Class Card) through the expiration date noted on your receipt.
*Please note that removing yourself from class will not refund the amount to your credit card.*
I purchased a space in a series/workshop, why can’t I cancel my reservation?
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or transfers (selling your spot to another student) for Special Events and Workshops, so you are not able to change your reservation online. Please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
