Intro to Yoga is a condensed version of the Bare Bones Beginners series. It is for those who are ready to start a yoga practice in a small, welcoming environment with like-minded students. We will learn the language of yoga , basic class and studio etiquette, and the postures (asanas) suited for the raw beginner. Susi will teach modifications for the poses as well as how to use props to help tailor the poses to your specific body and needs, meeting you right where you are.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who is brand new to yoga or students looking to re-ignite their yoga practice by building a strong foundation.

Please let instructor Susi Duncan know if you have any specific injuries or needs before the class.
Bring water bottle and if you like, a notebook. There will be a question-and-answer session at the end of the workshop.
