Lauren Caudill

Lauren came to yoga in 2003 as a new college student seeking her center. She quickly came to understand the transformative nature of the practice and has been on the mat ever since. First and foremost, Lauren remains a student of the practice.

Lauren received her 200-hour Yogahour teacher certification in 2018 under the tutelage of Neda Draupadi Honarvar. She has studied prenatal yoga with Brigette Finley, the Director of Yogahour and founder of Prenatal Yogahour.

On the mat, Lauren is most passionate about the power of yoga to reveal the humanity within and among all of us. She believes that the spaces between poses have just as much to teach us as the poses themselves. She believes that yoga has something to offer for everyone.

Off the mat, Lauren is a devoted spouse and mother. She has learned that the journey of parenthood is best taken with the support of community. Lauren also is an attorney with a focus on capital and postconviction cases. She cares deeply about social justice.
