Loren Pratt

Loren first explored yoga as part of a broader fitness regimen that included weight training, cycling, barre, and running. Yoga then served as a respite during a stressful career as an attorney and law professor. Yoga became a passion of Loren’s after she discovered Tough Love Yoga in 2015. At Tough Love, Loren learned yoga can be transformative. She has experienced enhanced wellness, peace of mind, and sustainable fitness through regular practice. 

As a means of sharing her love of yoga and teaching something she really cares about, Loren obtained her 200-hour certification at Tough Love Yoga under Neda Draupadi Honarvar.  Always interested in trying a challenging arm balance, Loren wants her classes to be fun and challenging, and ultimately an hour outside of your head and into your body.
