This series on meditation will equip you with the information, tools, and confidence to begin incorporating meditation into your life, and to cultivate a regular seated practice.
Meditation can take so many forms. It can be as formal as sitting at an altar and repeating a mantra, and it can be as casual as paying attention to your breath. Within that spectrum lie practices that can be accessible to anyone. In this series, we will explore several meditation techniques in an educational and supportive environment. By the end of the series, you will walk away with many practices and tools to choose from, so that you have a solid foundation for incorporating meditation as a regular part of your life. We will practice and have discussions around meditation techniques including pranayama (breath work), mantra, self-observation, and more.
