Megan Nare’s teaching style reflects her belief in the power of turning wounds into wisdom. She empowers her students to explore the transformative power of asana, meditation, and pranayama as a tool to heal both the body and the heart. She sees practice as an agent to explore a brave and informed relationship with sensation and boundary.
Megan obtained her 200-hour certification in 2015, and her 300-hour certification in 2019, both under the instruction of her mentor, Neda Draupadi Honarvar, at Tough Love Yoga. Megan shares in the teachings of Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati as a foundation for transformation and self observation.
