Nicole Vermillion

Two things: open heart, open mind. Overall, that is Nicole's philosophy on life. She loves to teach a variety of classes, from a creative & sweaty flow to a sweet & juicy deep stretch to supportive & safe prenatal yoga.  She loves to explore and have fun in class (and life!).  Nicole strives to provide a light-hearted and loving environment in her classes, and laughs are strongly encouraged.  She believes in making yoga accessible to everyone and creating a community base through yoga practice.  Nicole plans to broaden her teaching platform through trauma sensitive yoga training, providing yoga-based healing to hospitals, prisons, shelters and veterans suffering with PTSD.

She achieved her 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification in 2013 with Neda Honarvar at Tough Love Yoga. Additionally, she completed her Prenatal & Postpartum Training Certificate in 2013 through Oh Baby! Fitness.
