Susi Duncan

Susi’s first yoga experience was in the Iyengar tradition which included the use of props and alignment to get deeper into postures while building strength and flexibility. She was brought to the class by a friend and soon realized the incredible benefits yoga had for both mind and body even after class was over.  Her path lead her to many different styles of yoga including hot vinyasa , restorative and even pre-natal when she was pregnant with her son. 

After the birth of her son five years ago and the eventual death of her father in 2012 Susi sought out the steady flow of a yoga class to help keep her grounded and deal with emotional stress and anxiety. She has always found that yoga can help heal, and strengthen the heart, mind and body. 

Susi's classes are a sweet, creative flow with a nice balance of restorative postures and challenging arm balances and inversions. She loves to find creative modifications to make poses accessible to everyone and use props to find depth and freedom in the practice. Expect to learn, play and feel restored in her class. 

In 2015, Susi completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with Neda Honarvar and Rachelle Knowles at Tough Love Yoga.

Susi is also a certified art teacher in Georgia, and has been teaching for 17 years.
